During this session, you will be guided into a Theta brainwave state, a state of deep relaxation where your unconscious mind is open and receptive. In this state, limiting or self-sabotaging beliefs can be gently replaced with empowering beliefs that support your growth and transformation. 3. Tailored Energy Healing Session - 90 minutes

This session is a second deep healing experience, which may include Shamanic Energy Healing, Power Animal guidance, or Soul Retrieval depending on your unique needs. The specific modality will be determined after your first session to ensure it aligns with your energetic blueprint and your soul’s journey.   Your energy field will reveal what it needs and you will be guided into deeper release and healing.

4. Vedic Astrology Session – 90 minutes

After completing the above sessions, you will receive a personalized mentoring session to support your integration. Sharon or Jason will guide you through practices specifically tailored to your journey at this stage. This may include meditations, energy exercises, and breathing techniques designed to help you embody your healing, sustain your transformation, and bring your newfound clarity and alignment into everyday life.
