1. Womb of the Ancients - 2 hours 15 minutes

A deeply immersive experience that opens the journey through the womb by clearing what has been carried—both personally and ancestrally. The focus of this session is Ancestral healing, clearing inherited trauma and patterns and reconnecting with ancient feminine wisdom. This session consists of two parts:

Part A — Guided Shamanic Journey

  • Enter an altered state through drumming, breath, and voice

  • Travel into the spiritual realm to connect with your ancestral lineage

  • Receive insight, healing, and energetic release

Part B — Womb Energy Healing

  • Hands-on healing focused on the womb space

  • Clearing stagnant energy, cords, and inherited imprints

  • Soul retrieval and energetic restoration where needed

2. Meeting the Womb Guardian - 2 hours 15 minutes

This session is about restoring boundaries, protection & right relationship. This session focuses on the threshold of the womb—where protection, consent, and access are governed. After clearing ancestral layers, we now meet the part of you that decides what is allowed in… and what is not. The purpose is to develop a conscious relationship with your protective system, allowing you to feel safe without closing down. This session also consists of two parts:

Part A — Shamanic Journey: Meeting the Guardian

  • Journey to the threshold of the womb

  • Meet your Womb Guardian in the form most relevant to your healing

  • Explore how your protection system has adapted

Part B — Womb Energy Healing

  • Restore balance to the protective field

  • Repair energetic boundaries

  • Support the Guardian in reorganising toward its sovereign expression

Outcome: You develop a conscious relationship with your protective system, allowing you to feel safe without closing down.

3. Embodying the Inner Queen - 2 hours 15 minutes

This session is about Self-Leadership & Decision Making, Embodied Power and Aligning With Your Truth. With the womb cleared and protected, we now move into embodiment of power. This session activates the Inner Queen—the aspect of you that chooses, leads and creates the truth. There are two parts to this session:

Part A — Shamanic Journey: Meeting the Inner Queen

  • Journey into the inner chamber of the womb

  • Meet your Inner Queen in her current expression

  • Explore how you relate to your own authority and power

Part B — Womb Energy Healing

  • Anchor sovereignty into the body

  • Support integration of aligned power

  • Clear distortions around control, collapse, or self-doubt

Outcome: You begin to live from your inner authority, rather than external validation or survival patterns.

4. Integration & Mentoring - 60 minutes

This session is all about bringing all of this into your life to ensure that everything you’ve accessed becomes lived, embodied, and integrated. We will reflect on all three journeys to understanding your unique womb landscape, integrating ancestral healing, guardian relationship, Inner Queen embodiment. We will also cover practical tools for boundaries, decision-making and staying connected to your womb
